November 4, Detective Drown arrested Jonathan Mickens, age 32 of Union, on an outstanding warrant.

November 6, Sherry M. Stanko, age 28 of Dover, was charged with soliciting without a permit.

November 10, Traffic Officer Bubb charged arrested James Brown, age 62 of Newark, on charges of driving while suspended and possession of a prohibited weapon.

November 11, Ptlm. Sretenovic arrested Jonathan Carvajal, age 24 of Springfield, on charges of Eluding and numerous motor vehicle charges.

November 13, Ptlm. Carovillano arrested Sergio F. Francisco, age 36 of Mountainside, on an outstanding warrant. He was also charged with driving while suspended.
